Shit! I must have screwed up on the date calculation. According to timeanddate.com I have been living 11.352 days including today. It's Tuesday the 9th of December, which means (excluding today) I have been alive for:
• 11.351 days
• 980.726.400 seconds
• 16.345.440 minutes
• 272.424 hours
• 1621 weeks (rounded down)
Now to the more interesting part:
After 10 years my vaccination against diphterie, polio and tetanus expired. Therefore I finally made my way to the doctor last week to get the jab!
I hate needles anyway which is bad enough.
Deciding the left arm was better then the right cause I still needed that one for work, I felt relieved the thing was over before it started. Clean and quick!
On my way out I was told that I MIGHT experience A LITTLE muscle ache, nothing major though.
But as it turned out a LITTLE was slightly underestimated.
It kicked in on friday night. Slowly but surely. I couldn’t move my arm anymore, I couldn’t lean against anything or lie on top of my arm. This was the worst part since I couldn’t lie on my right shoulder either as this one was affected by a stiff neck. Since I'm a side sleeper..I really had a problem.
After A WHOLE painful WEEK the pain started to wear down.
Jolly I went to work leaning relaxed against the wall with my right hand, which I accidentally jabbed inside a nail.
Now I got a painful right hand and difficulties to move my thumb.
Anyways, a few hours later I decided to drown my pain in a nice cup of coffee.
I burned my tongue and think that was it for the day in terms of injuries.
P.S.:
Who the fuck developes down jackets you cant wear in the rain?
I haven’t got a tumble drier so how the hell am I supossed to dry them with a tennis ball?!?!?

Day 11.357
Absolutely not in the mood for work. HIGHLY annoyed by people around me that think they are so funny!!!
Not in the mood to laugh today either and even more annoyed by people not getting, that you may occasionaly have a day or two where you’re NOT in the mood to laugh and ...yeah, maybe just slightly grumpy.
Getting briefed at half past 6 in the evening isn’t exactly my idea of fun either PLUS...I still have to think about „my speech.“
Not that I’ve just been elected and became president of the United States...but I still have to prepare a speech!
Some „funny, witty“ people at work with lots of spare time on their hands, came up with this great idea.
I can just imagine the dialogue they probably had:
A: Im so bored..you know what...???...Wouldn’t it be fun to make people tell us something about their private lives? You know...what they are up to when they are not working...things like that?!?
B: Yeahhhh! That sounds like a great idea!! This place is really lacking input anyways. I feel so uninspired and bored.
A: How about we make everybody talk about a subject of their choice..or..even better..we give them a theme and they have o prepare a talk about that subject and inform us what’s going on. We could call it...ehm...ehm...lets see...how about INFOsion..like infusion, you know ...but Info- for Information.
B: Wow. That’s creative. When should we do it?
A: Lets see. When would it be most inconvienient to them?
B:How about monday morning!!
A: Super! People had time to relax and to get inspired over a long weekend in work, and picked a subject to talk about which will give us some great input. So...Everybody’s a winner!

Day 11.333
I’m sick or off sick! Much better than I was last week but still…off work.
So, I got a lot of time to think and realized that I really have no friends or anyone who seems to be concerned about my wellbeing. Not even virtual! Not even on facebook! Great!
It all started off with me fainting. Fainting! - I mean, I m not anorexic or something and haven’t received shocking news on the phone either (so fainting would have been appropriated). In fact, I haven’t fainted in years! So, god knows why I almost fell in my coffee cup at the breakfast table and then fainted a second time at the hairdressers.
She was just applying color and had too wash it all out while I was hanging unconscious in the chair. I was lucky she didn’t start with the cut! Otherwise I would have had GEEK PIE!

The rest of the day I was hanging around at the airport, waiting 7 miserable hours for my plane, ready to die. Anyways, that was last week, I’ll be going back into work tomorrow to see if I’m really that disposable. Probably! Its sad..but aren't we all?!

Day 11.307
Since my last entry is lightyears ago it took me hours to find out how many days my life has been going wrong so far but its 11.307 days today. - 11.307 days of desaster and things going ‚tits up’. So what went wrong within the last few weeks? And what will be wrong tomorrow?
First of all: It’s officially autumn! The season of dry skin has started.
No moisturiser in this world can work against the flakiness and ichiness of my limpses.
And the thought of 100% sheepwool jumpers make me shiver.
I struggle to get the buggers over my head in the morning and my hair stands up electrostatically charged making me look like edward scissorhands.

Day 11.280
What's the deal with people constantly asking me for money? I come out of my flat in the morning and am forced to take part in a hurdle race straight away. First hurdle: The train station. Before you even had a coffee, you get people making music that sounds more like the theme from 'Once Upon a Time in the West' really setting the mood for the day. But... I don't mind! At least they're trying to do something. And if you wish you can actually ignore them.
The second hurdle is already tougher: Coming down the stairs, a bunch of punks is blocking the way. Preferably sitting in front of supermarkets, cash machines or...on stairs of train stations, they ask you for spare change. And...don't worry...If you havent got any SPARE change ... they also take credit cards, direct debit or notes.
Finally I make it in the tube.
And..we're not done yet: A guy, gets his guitar out as soon as the traindoors have closed, letting the beatles turn in their grave by playing something that resembles 'Let it be'.
By the time I arrive at work, I am ready for a coffee and check my purse if I have enough money left for my lunch.
I'm ok. But hey..I ve forgotten..its birthday time! Right before lunch somebody opens the door, collecting for Biggys birthday. Who the hell is Biggy?!
So far the minimum expense for getting up is 6.30 Euros and I didn't even have lunch!

Day 11.274
Thursday...and I'm hopeful to make it to the end of the week without any other major incident.
Not that I have been superlucky or something this week...in fact, I've been suffering from severe back ache, walking around like my grandma. Her hand stuck to her back all the time as if she was born like that.
Anyway, let's stop complaining and move to the insightful part of this blog:
Treatments I found online.
GARLIC! Two or three cloves should be taken every morning. Additionaly garlic oil, rubbed vigorously on the back for three hours. This treatment should be continued for at least fifteen days.
For everyone who wants to meet up with people outside chatrooms alternative remedies include:
the application of raw potato, a steady intake of Lemon and slices of fruit
And for the physical fraction just one word:
Yogic asanas! I quote: Yogic asanas which are beneficial in the treatment of backache are:
Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Halasana, Uttanpadasana and Shavasana.
And exactly this is the reason why I cant be asked with Yoga!

Day 11.272
If coming up with ideas was as easy as finding negative thoughts, I'd never run out...
Hahaha!!!
Have been looking through Image banks for 3 days solid now.
And believe me... Most of them really suck! Especially gallerystock..
Enter any random word and be sure that lots of pictures come up but none is related to what you are looking for.
Getty?! Well..I have been looking for a simple paper tray NOT a
papertray with whiskey flasks, weights or a bra on top of it.
Image banks that try to be naughty really suck!!!

Day 11.264

Another monday! Luckily not too bad.
Had a fabulous lunch at the Italian...work has been ok-ish.
Yeah, I know its boring if everything just works..no drama?!
But wait...
before you close your browser thinking my life finally takes a good course and you don't have to come back ever again, I'd like to grab the opportunity to share one of my weekend dreams with you.
It was kind of like hitchcocks Birds but..with Hamsters!
Hamsters occupying a house.
Hamsters jumping on my head and
Hamsters digging their claws into my skin.

Day 11.257
Monday! As this wouldn't be worse enough already
it's also bloody hot!
In fact, TOO HOT to do anything constructive.
My Mac agrees:
Opened Photoshop. Photoshop crashed. Force quit Photoshop.
3 hours to go. Bugger!

Day 11.252
Our neighbours got a new phone!
Problem: Our neighbours never pick it up.
The phone starts ringing from 7.30 in the morning.
Reallllllllllllly LOUD!!!
And it keps ringing about 20 times before the person
calling seems to realize...these people are not going
to pick up!

Day 11.250
In work
Our now 'full-time' IT SUPPORT tells me...my computer needs fixing.
He's been telling me this for a year now. But he doesn't know what's wrong with it.
My system just decides to not start up..preferably on monday mornings.
and sometimes it's telling me weird things like I performed an illegal abortion.

Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.

Day 11.246
According to my colleague Kalle its a disgrace how I'm treating my blog
- he's probably right but as a matter of fact I have been held up by a million things this week:
First: I forgot my password and my username (probably prove that I haven't been online for a while)
But its always the same..with all these accounts these days, you just lose track.
Speaking of tracks..
I've been travelling for hours or to be more specific sitting on a train without moving
for several hours as some selfish person decided to throw themself on the tracks.
this occured now for the third time!! around the area hannover - germany
i cant help but wonder..are people there that depressed?
- understandable judging by the look of the station.
Went swimming the other day...a six year old girl...probably training for the olympics was showing me all the moves so I tried
to keep up with her and swallowed a few liters chlorine water which resulted in a fever of some sort.
Back in work the day started with numerous people complementing my wracked look.
DO I need some sleep?
Yes, I do!!

Day 11.231
Actually, I must admit being very lazy with this blog.
I should post more often.
Especially since so many things happened.
For example a couple of weeks ago... I missed my plane!!!
Maybe that's something which should happen to everybody
during their lifetime at least once- I don't know.
But its still annoying!!!
I tried to chase it with a cab but unsuccesfully..

Day 11.209
Wasn't able to post any news for 5 days due to long working hours.
However: Life didn't stop! Obviously not!
I've been suffering a lot from Blepharospasm lately.
Blepharospasm sounds pretty serious but actually its just the technical term for involuntary eye twitching.
During my excesive research I found that eye spasms can have various causes:
- Corneal irritation or injury
- Stress
- Lack of sleep
- Fatigue
- Prolonged staring or eye strain
- Neurological disorders
- Possibly Hereditary
probably all of them..apart from hereditary.
Other news?
Yeah.. actually.. I've eaten a Boysenberry Yoghurt and can't get rid of a seed which has been stuck in my teeth for the last 2 days.

Day 11.204
Scratched my leg big time. Quite annoying considering the fact that I was gonna wear a short dress tomorrow.
Looks like I got issues..- like Maggie Gyllenhal in Secretary.

to get new bottles for my colleagues to drink while they don't bother?!?!

Day 11.156
The water problem got solved this morning. After 3 days of cold showers - finally!
Apparently the boiler exploded.
Nevertheless I woke up at 5.00 am ...dizzy!
Don't know why.
15.00
Heartburn! Apparently caused by regurgitation of gastric acid or
as I call it a FAR TOO FATTY italian meal!
